Lila Jane Smiling at 6 weeks!!!!

Lila Jane started smiling this week......no joke! See the picture!
She is 6 weeks and 2 days. She staring smiling earlier this week and
this is the first picture I took that can prove it! Corissa and Millie started smiling at about this age as well. Davis waited until 11 weeks!

Our friend April did an awesome job photographing the herd of children that we now have. She does amazing work and we have some really great pictures to remember this stage of their lives. Thanks also to our helpers Amy and Sunnie. It could not have been done without all FIVE adults!

Fun with Dry Ice

After the library kick-off event, we went to the Discovery Museum, which is also downtown. They were having a members pizza party and had some special activities for the kids. They had a LED jewelry making station, a real sheep brain that had been dissected and as you can see in this picture Davis got to have some fun with dry ice!

Here is our fearless 2 year old going right up to a sleeping snake and petting it several times. Davis wouldn't even do it until after she did and even then he was a little timid. She kept patting it right by the face I was just glad it didn't wake up and bite her on the hand!

The public library had a kick-off event for their summer reading program downtown at the Clinton Library. Mom, Dad and the three big kids got to spend some special time together while Gran and Poppa Ross kept Lila Jane.
